A switch on the instrument panel can be reached from a normal seating position. The rear door, which has been converted into a parallel sliding door is opened electronically and slides back. The mounting for the wheelchair automatically comes into reach next to the driver’s door. This procedure takes only 12 seconds.

The driver lines up the handles of the folded wheelchair with the mounting. No strength is necessary – people with hand and finger disabilities can fix the wheelchair to the mounting in seconds.

Another press of a button and the wheelchair retracts to its final position behind the driver’s seat and the rear door shuts itself. This also takes only 12 seconds, the procedure can be stopped at any time by letting go of the switch. By loading the wheelchair into the passenger area of the car it stays at a comfortable temperature even in the winter.

Three to four seats remain (depending on the make of car). A strong partitioning separates the passengers from the wheelchair.
